The NCIS 9 just turned 7 weeks old and they are looking for some foster homes!! NOBBR provides everything you need to foster, all we ask is that you open your home!! NOBBR also offers a Foster-To-Adopt program that allows you to foster a dog until it is available for adoption. NOBBR requires approval of adoption contract, phone interview, multiple references, and a home visit to complete an adoption. The adoption fee for dogs under 6 months of age is $250.
